friendly staff nice welcome

The staff was friendly and helpful. Valéria and Monel greeted us upon arrival (a very nice welcome!).

The rooftop area is quite small, with only a tiny foot bath.

the staff greeted me with cava. the room upgrade to a junior suite surprised me. the blackout curtains helped me sleep well. the complimentary water, coffee, and tea in the room were welcome.

the rooftop pool was rather small.

breakfast offers a la carte options, and there is a buffet available. complimentary water and coffee are available throughout the day. the breakfast had limited choice! though the food was fresh.

the hotel is near the bottom of la rambla, offering plenty of access to activities. the marina is close, which worked well for my cruise. taxis are easily accessible, and major attractions are nearby.

the location was acceptable it was near historic sites and restaurants

the rooftop area was small it had a foot bath that seemed pointless i found the bed uncomfortable and the view from my room faced a building without windows this was disappointing

fresh juice useful list small rooftop building facade

The breakfast was of a good standard. It included freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotel provided a list of sites and restaurants. This was a useful touch (I used it several times).

The rooftop area was smaller than expected. The view from the room overlooked a building facade. This was not ideal.
